As a CrossFit instructor and personal trainer, Steve helps people understand the greater connection between activities performed in the gym and their real-world counterparts. Steve is available for 1-on-1 or small group training, including: Rowing Lessons, Kettlebell Instruction and Olympic Lifting Instruction. Steve also enjoys writing individualized programming for athletes looking to make specific gains.

Kerrie has worked in the field for many years as a group coach as well as a one-on-one personal trainer. She specializes in mixed level adults, but also has experience in training middle school, high school and college athletes. Kerrie has an active lifestyle and enjoys passing that on to others. She has always had a strong passion for exercise and fitness and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. Kerrie makes it her goal to help others learn and implement correct movement techniques to create stronger/faster athletes and individuals. She takes pride in seeing progress with those that she trains and shows enthusiasm to motivate all clients of all ages and levels of training.

Lauren has worked in the banking industry for nearly 20 years. She has a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice. She has extensive experience encompassing audits, analysis, investigations, and regulatory compliance within an industrious banking environment. Lauren will be providing administrative, financial, and any other business support as needed. She is also the keeper of all important business documents and ensuring compliance.
