Nat began coaching in 2019. As someone that needed to take a walking break for a 400m jog 7 years ago starting CrossFit, to completing a marathon this past year, she has learned that the only limits we have are the ones we set for ourselves. Her goal when coaching is to help others find their inner strength and confidence- to show everyone that they are capable of so much more than they think, and sometimes all we need is someone to believe in us.
Growing up, Nat play didn’t play any sports as she started studying music at a very early age. Since finding her love for exercise in her early 30’s, she has completed over 20 triathlons, 6 half marathons, a full marathon, and qualified for CrossFit Quaterfinals individually and Age group 3 years in a row. Long, cardio heavy workouts are her favorite.
Fun fact: Nat’s first language is Spanish (she only counts in Spanish while working out!)
