I’ve had the privilege of being a part of the PRSF family for 7 years now and I can’t imagine my life without the coaches and members. Classes are always challenging but scalable and with enough variation that you never get bored. I also do 1 on 1’s with Kerrie and working with her has been amazing. I would follow Kerrie, Steve across town (if necessary) to train with them. Whether it is on Zoom or in person, their energy and work ethic is infectious.
